BIAOHUI標會
The impatient pay the patient.
$HUI is backed by tokenized equities held in a treasury and traded against them any hour of the week. The pool fee follows the New York session: five basis points while the market is open, one hundred while it is closed. Every fee goes to the people who stayed. Your balance grows each epoch, paid from what the impatient left behind, never more than the reserves can back.

The pool is a Uniswap v4 hook. Before every swap it reads the exchange calendar (holidays, half-days, the clocks changing twice a year) and sets the fee for that exact moment. After every swap it takes the same fee for the treasury. Trade at noon on a Tuesday and pay five basis points. Trade at midnight on a Saturday and pay a hundred.

Bring TSLA, NVDA or AAPL. Receive $HUI below the market price, vested linearly over five days. Leave early and a fifth of what has not vested goes to the people who did not.

Turn $HUI into $stHUI, one for one. Your balance grows each epoch, paid from the fees and penalties the impatient left behind, capped always by excess reserves.
Stake $HUISwap
Trade $HUI against equities at any hour. The fee on the plate above is the fee you pay. It goes to the treasury, and from there to stakers.

Every $HUI is backed by equity in the treasury. Bonds are never sold below backing, and rewards are only ever minted from revenue: the smaller of what the impatient paid and what the excess reserves allow. Backing per $HUI does not fall through any action of the protocol; only the equities themselves can move it. A test fails the build if that stops being true.
04 — The rubbing
拓片This page is a rubbing. For two thousand years China preserved carved inscriptions this way: paper laid over stone, ink pressed over paper, the text appearing wherever the pad passed. What is carved does not change. Only how much of it you have revealed.
Scrolling rubs for you. Pressing and dragging rubs by hand. Nothing you reveal is ever covered again, and pressing fast leaves dry, streaky ink: the paper rewards slowness. A small control follows you down the page. Press it and the sheet lifts at once, for anyone who would rather read than rub.
If you prefer motion reduced, the sheet is simply not there and the page arrives complete. It is also complete for readers, crawlers, and print.
